Terms of service

An order is confirmed when the deposit is paid. The quote you receive is the full price delivered to your door in Lebanon, including the item, US shipping, international shipping, Lebanese customs and delivery. Prices are quoted in US dollars.

We buy exactly what you send us. Check the size, colour and quantity before you confirm. Once an order is bought in the USA it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks and carrier delays can add days; we tell you when they do.

We deliver what the US store ships. If a store sends a wrong or damaged item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we handle the claim with the store.
