Cancellations and returns

Orders are bought to your request, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We claim it with the store and refund or replace once the claim is accepted.

An order can be cancelled with a full refund of the deposit as long as the items have not yet been bought in the USA.
