Cash on delivery orders cannot be refunded or exchanged with any other order under any reason unless a faulty merchandise was mistakenly sent by us, so kindly make sure you inspect your package before paying out our delivery personnel.

• A wrong merchandise was mistakenly sent to us by the supplier.

If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already processed, so kindly make sure you decide whether or not you want to cancel before paying out the cash to Libanpost delivery personnel.
